GuiaOnda is an independent travel guide to Onda, Castellón, Spain, with no affiliation to the Onda City Council or any listed business. Accessing and using this website implies acceptance of these legal terms. The owner reserves the right to modify them at any time without prior notice, with the version published on the site being the one in force at any given time. The owner also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.
Intellectual property
Texts, graphic design and source code published on guiaonda.es are the property of Javier Marcilla unless otherwise stated. Reproduction in whole or in part without express written permission is prohibited. Trademarks, logos and images belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Photographs published on this site come from public domain sources, Creative Commons licences or other licences permitting their use. We have endeavoured to verify the licence of each image and to provide the required attribution where applicable. Data we collect
Contact form: name, email address and message. Used solely to handle and respond to your enquiry, and not shared with third parties outside this processing.
Server logs: the web hosting provider automatically records technical access data (IP address, user agent, pages visited) for security and maintenance purposes only. These logs are deleted periodically and are not used for commercial or analytics purposes.
GuiaOnda does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any third-party analytics or advertising tool.
Legal basis
Processing of contact form data is based on the data subject's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) when voluntarily submitting the form. Processing of server logs is based on the legitimate interests of the controller in ensuring service security (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention
Contact form data is retained for the time necessary to handle the enquiry and for a maximum of 12 months from the last communication, after which it is securely deleted. Server logs are retained for the minimum time necessary and deleted periodically.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the contact form, clearly stating the right you wish to exercise. You will receive a response within 30 days.
If you believe your data is not being processed in accordance with applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with Spain's data protection authority (aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
International transfers
GuiaOnda does not carry out international transfers of personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.
