What is GuiaOnda
GuiaOnda is an independent travel guide dedicated exclusively to Onda, a town in the province of Castellón, Spain. It covers what to see, where to eat, where to stay, what to buy and how to get around, organised to be genuinely useful both for a day visitor and for someone wanting to explore the place properly.
There's no advertising. No paid listings. No sponsored content. What you see on GuiaOnda is what we consider honest and useful for someone planning a visit to Onda.
Why this project exists
Onda has a remarkable heritage: a medieval castle with 300 towers, one of the finest ceramics museums in Spain, a historic quarter with layers of Arab, Jewish and Christian history, and the Sierra de Espadán Natural Park on its doorstep. Yet the information available online about Onda is scattered, out of date or simply absent.
GuiaOnda was created to fill that gap. A well-made, up-to-date guide, available in three languages and designed for real visitors.
Who's behind it
GuiaOnda is a project by Javier Marcilla, an SEO consultant and web developer based in Spain. It started as a practical exercise in local search optimisation, and turned into something worth doing for its own sake.
Javier works with businesses on content strategy and search engine positioning through ninjaseo.es, and offers web development services at mktn.es.
